There's still the letter "T" stamped on my hand

YESTERDAY - what a day. Can I just say that the day itself was a horrible piece of shit. But the night turned out splendiferous! Here's how the day went:

- started to sprinkle in the morning. Nothing serious. But I brought my umbrella with me just in case.
- got to work, did my thing, and went on my break. By that time, the rain AND the wind had picked up, but I had to get these pair of boots from Steve Madden for the club. Obviously, they were made of suede, and I had planned my outfit around the boots. And now it was raining.
- When I tried the boots on, my finger started bleeding. I took the 9's and bounced.
- My umbrella broke on my trek back to work.
- got out of work at 6, and had to meet my photographer to get my proofs from him. However, the New York City Metropolital Transportation System was fucked up, and I ended up getting to his apartment at 7:15 (rather than the original 6:45 meeting time we had set). And I had no umbrella. So I was wet.
- Got the proofs, got home, ate, and felt fat.

This is how the night went:
- Got ready with Alyssa. Took a shot of Raspberry vodka and snapped pictures while making funny faces next to all of the posters hanging around our apartment (I can't wait to see how "The Corpse Bride" pic is gonna come out)
- Semi-successfully executed the Kevin Scott Hees smoky eye effect. Only for the grown and sexy.
- Got driven to the club by Warren, Marisol's man, so my suede boots did not get ruined.
- Got to the club, slammed back a few drinks, and shook our asses on the flo'
- Became the admirers of many a photographer and had our pictures taken 3 times throughout the night.
- Left that club, got to Temple, shook our asses some more (for free of course because we run shit) and walked back - cuz by that time the rain had stopped! Symbolic, don't you think?
- end of night: 4:28 am.

So now it is today. Studio tonight, maybe gym a little later. Holla at ur girl.
